Considered to be one of the most picturesque castles of England - Leeds Castle has a lot to offer. Dating back hundreds of years and used extensively by King Henry VIII there is a lot of history combined with a tranquil setting that makes Leeds Castle particularly special. Visit the gardens and try the labyrinth and find the secret grotto!

Canterbury is an ancient city made important for its Cathedral and Thomas Becket. With much of its Norman walls and Roman roads, Canterbury will take you back in time and leave you with fantastic memories for life.



The Labyrinth

Leeds Castle has a very impressive maze that will take you and your friends some time to complete! When you finish it, climb the mini-castle and view the beautiful landscape, there is another surprise waiting for you on your way out!


Canterbury Cathedral

Canterbury Cathedral is made famous for being the place where the head of the Church of England resides. It is also famous for the gruesome murder of the Saint - Thomas Becket. Its truly an impressive building and steeped in medieval history

In the morning we visit the city of Canterbury, one of the top tourist attractions in England, and for very good reasons. The medieval centre is simply gorgeous, while the cathedral that towers above it is one of the most impressive you’ll see anywhere in Europe.

The Church of England could not have a more pleasant and imposing mother church. Your tour leader will invite you to visit the great cathedral, or you can simply take a stroll and enjoy this fine city’s other attractions.

After lunch we visit Leeds Castle, which surrounded by 500 acres of parkland and gardens, and set in the middle of a natural lake, has been described as ‘the loveliest castle in the world’. The castle was once a Royal residence for six of England’s medieval Queens and also King Henry VIII. It’s now one of the most famous and most visited castles in the world.

After visiting the castle, you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, a maze and great areas of open space.
